The International Business College Mitrovica (IBCM) is an internationally registered not-for profit, educational foundation.  The College is run by a senior international director and has a six member international supervisory board. To a large extent,  teaching faculty is international as well, with other teaching faculty carefully selected from Southeast Europe .

An EU based partner institution will issue the diplomas and degree and ensure the quality and reputation of the study programmes. These diplomas can thereafter be used throughout Southeast Europe.
